Compensation Overview

Independent Contractors with 1 Source Service Solutions LLC are compensated on a commission-split basis for successfully funded business financing transactions facilitated through third-party funding partners.

1 Source Service Solutions LLC is not a lender. All funding decisions, commission calculations, and payment timelines are determined by third-party funding partners.

Commission Structure

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the funded amount and paid by third-party funding partners according to their established policies.

Funding Partner Commission Rates:

  • 5% commission on funded deals #1 and #2

  • 7% commission beginning with funded deal #3 and beyond

Commission Split

The standard commission split is as follows:

  • Independent Contractor: 70%

  • 1 Source Service Solutions LLC: 30%

This split applies to all commissions paid by third-party funding partners, including initial funding and renewal transactions.

Renewal Commissions

For renewal transactions:

  • 7% commission is paid on new funds advanced

  • 3% commission is paid on previous balances rolled into the new funding

The total commission received is then split according to the standard 70% / 30% structure.

Small Deal Wire Fee Adjustment

For funded deals of $7,500 or less, an $18 wire transfer fee charged by the funding partner will be deducted from the total commission prior to commission split, unless otherwise specified.

Important Notes

  • Commissions are paid only on successfully funded transactions

  • No compensation is paid on declined or withdrawn applications

  • Independent Contractors are not entitled to commissions until funding has occurred

  • Commission structures are subject to change based on third-party funding partner policies
