Payment Policy – 1 Source Service Solutions LLC

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Credit/debit cards and ACH bank transfers via our secure payment portal.

Billing Schedule:

• Invoices are issued weekly (or bi-weekly) for ongoing care services.

• Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice unless otherwise arranged.

Late Payments:

• A late fee of $25 may be applied to invoices more than 10 days past due.

Refunds & Cancellations:

• Prepaid services canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice will be refunded or credited.

• Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee equal to 2 hours of scheduled service.
